Rue teaching Olivia how to recognize what triggers a transformation and how to purposefully induce one(raising poor Olivia’s blood pressure because Rue’s main triggers for shifting are starvation, unfettered rage/excitement, and mortal danger) because she’ll need this information if she wants to attempt to use her monster form more…

Rue mounting the monster and taking its attention before it can get a devastating hit on Olivia, who’s been knocked over by a wave or slipped or smth and hasn’t yet gotten up

Rue doing her stupid little dual blade slashes, opening wounds, locked the fuck in, opening wounds like nobody’s business

Uth duna rears up, and rue does her finisher. Olivia’s kinda just watching in awe as rue does that weird crushing-jaw thing, destroys the head wound and leaps off to land near olivia

Uth duna staggers away and rue, sopping wet and flushed pink like she always is while she’s hunting, helps Olivia up. Doesn’t look away from Duna though, but Gog does olivia wish the Avis Hunter would look at her

Rue and Olivia in a Jin Dahaad fight, cowering behind an ice chunk while Jin preps its ice nova, panting. Rue coughs a little from just how hard she’s breathing. Both are a little banged up. Olivia looking to Rue, who looks back at her with such an ecstatic look that both of them can’t help but wheeze out a laugh. They don’t know what they’re laughing about, but they’re laughing with eachother.
