He blinked a few times rolling his eyes. Of course it would. In a very childish thought, his name was on it. And even though the rest of their family had changed names Five had not, therefore his name being on things was still valid. Not to mention, it was genuinely his, and he had already checked the rooms of the others, including Allison’s, Diego’s room was the last option. He could ask Diego, but he wasn’t in the mood of asking his brother if he took something, when he had no certifiable proof, just many assumptions and circumstantial evidence. That wouldn’t fly with Diego.
“Because it will take longer,” he stated, not really lying, but only stating a half truth. Diego was not here obviously, so this was quicker. Five was anything but patient. He was always moving, and it wasn’t entirely because his powers were movement based. He just constantly kept going. He looked back to her, and then continued going through Diego’s things, his dresser was a bust, but under his bed was still free game.
He got on his knees and looked under the bed and pushed to the back he found it. He reached out grabbing the small case, far smaller than Diego’s own but it was a case of knives. Not Five’s preferred method but he found the were useful. They also had his name, well number, on them. He looked at the case with pride as he walked up to Allison who was still keeping lookout, he was grateful, “I think that court room hearing should be changed to an intervention for Diego and his knife obsession, I’ve had my letter written for years.”
