Trying out a thing with the prey– I put a tapestry texture over them but I'm not sure how well it came out? I think I have to do some proper style studies of animals in medieval tapestries instead of just referencing a real photo like I did here.

I'm learning new things every day! Woah !!

Andddd we're SO back! Changing the colour palette slightly because it's officially Greenleaf for the sisters! I'm gonna miss drawing Foalkit's cute little face when she grows up

One day I will draw Flintpaw happy again,, or at least not actively Going Through It.

Figuring out page layout/comic style and trying to find my footing (or,,, paw-ing?) with the aesthetic, so it'll probably change around a bit over the course of the next few pages! But I'm having fun with it so no one can stop me!

Rambling under the cut

This is probably my favourite moon so far !! Joined a lovely community of other clangen creators and it really inspired me to get this done. And !! I don't have the draw the tree ever again unless it shows up for more symbolism !

The people voted for text instead of handwritten so after moon 0 is up, I'll switch over to text ! In the meantime, I'll try to find a font :D

Two more pages until we're done the prologue !! Exciting!

Meet Runeclan's founders! After a terrifying vision from a terrifying cat, Flintpaw does something that forces her to flee the clan, bringing her sister, Foalkit, with her.

I've always wanted to do a clangen blog! The biggest obstacle for me was always that I just,, prefer to draw people to cats, but I solved that by deciding to use my chibi style instead of making full art!

I have a few bits of lore written out, and have played through and taken notes for a few moons already! I'm excited to see where this goes !

First comic page ever! I've always wanted to do this <3 The cats in the background of the first panel belong to my friends! The clan didn't actually have any other apprentices in-game so I populated the shot with their ocs :D

Flintpaw is dreaming,,,, this is probably normal, actually.
