I rather my athletes show up consistently and give me 70% than an athlete that shows up once in a blue and gives me 110%. This heat and traveling has thrown my training schedule off and I’m not as consistent as I want to be. They say it takes 21 days to build a new habit, so for the next 21 days I’m taking on the @runforchinatown “Run For 21” challenge. This challenge will have me just run one mile everyday for 21 days.
