Run for Happiness!
I'm keeping up a habit of a healthy lifestyle. I know its hard to squeeze in some time and some energy left when we are constantly working our butts off at the office or at school (if you're still studying). But it's important to exercise (kahet di ka nag papapayat, noh!)! We are born to move, and nakaka gaan ng pakiramdam, it prevents us from feeling depressed and lonely too. Also, positive thinking is always present if your physically active! I jog in Ayala Triangle if I have time in the morning after my shift at night.

There's no better time to jog around but in the morning. I personally love the feeling of morning dew and cold air on my face when I run. Basta! Nakaka boost ng happiness talaga :). You also have to make sure that you do not workout too long, especially pag matutulog ka na. You'll definitely get a post workout hype! That would just get your body clock messed up and feel very tired the next day tapos tatamarin ka na hanggang sa masanay ka na tamarin for the next days. :)))
I suggest, you invest on sportswear and proper shoes. There are so many different kinds of shoes for different kinds of sports. If you wear a wrong pair for an activity, you might get an injury. So, since I like walking around and jogging in the morning, I bought a pair of Adidas running shoes (with neon orange laces! HAHA! I like shoes that screams for attention, lols! )

And also, to keep you going.. You all need a workout buddy! Motivation is key! Keep that up then you'll see your days a whole lot better! Keep fitness a first, everyone!
