Yeeeeaaaaaahhh, Khwargo uses up like 90% of the Runner medical resources so like...please be careful

“average Abel resident uses 3 medical supplies a year” factoid actualy just statistical error. average abel resident uses 0 medical supplies per year. El Khwargo, who keeps getting shot at and uses over 10,000 each day, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
