Could not decide between a smoothie bowl or this wonderful salad so I got both! The smoothie bowl was Chunky Monkey and had an acai dragonfruit base with banana, cacao nibs, peanut butter and granola. The salad has a quinoa brown rice base with spinach, chickpeas, marinated beets, sweet potato, broccoli and pumpkin seeds topped with an Asian tahini dressing. Let me just say that this was probably the best brunch I had in a long time. It was so good. Made with high quality healthy and clean ingredients. Did I mention it's vegan?
