.25 @ 3.5mph warm up 4 x 3min runs @ 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0mph 1min jog in between @ 3.5mph 0.2 sprint @ 8.0mph (for shits and giggles) 0.25 @ 3.5mph cool down I really didn't feel like waking up and.going running first thing, but I did it.
