Alright y'all, this "second half of my fitness journey" that I've been talking about is... Some of you may want to sit down for this one... . I'm running a half marathon! 🏃🏼♀️ . Some of my coworkers are running it and they asked me... I of course said no initially because I am NOT a runner. . To one of them I (made the mistake of) saying "I can't"... She then made it her mission to convince me to do it because she said she has never heard me say I can't do something. . I'm into week two of training now. Her and I ran 4.11 miles in like 90° weather with all of the humidity.. But we did it! Run, walk or crawl I'm doing this thing! .
