Omg it is so cute…Well…All my family members are pretty active birds =) All in their ways though - my brother is an athlete (he is a pretty good broad jumper), my daddy is a runner and my mum got into yoga.
But especially my dad eats very unregularly - and that for unhealthy - under the week, cause his job is busy and he can’t make a proper break to have lunch. But last week he decided he wants to change something, cause he is over the feeling of craving sugary food in the evening.
I suggested that I would make him a lunch box and he could try if he likes it or not. So I got up earlier to prepare him this lunch package:
Breakfast are 3 slices of an oat-berry-“cake” - (they are kinda muesli bar- sized; self baked) the original recipe (I changed it minimally) is the "berry blast" - again - from the beautiful Lau. Check it out right here, her recipes are just incredibly good!!
Snack is a mixed muesli with yoghurt, strawberries, nuts and raisins
Lunch is a big omelett with mushrooms, spinach and herbs on whole-grain breads
Second snack is a choco-coco-muffin
+ A herbal tea bag (though he used to have tea on his work but I thought I put it anyway)
So before he left he came in my room to tell me he is really excited and looking forward about his food today =) And I thought that was so cute!
Unfortunately I am feeling very unwell today again and decided not to go to uni but instead seeing another doctor cause of my stomach pains - again! So I am hoping to get over this soon now =(
