One year ago vs. today. I didn't realize how different my body looked until about a month ago when people kept telling me I've changed so much. So when this picture popped up on timehop today I was just like 😮😱lol. So that was me not even at my biggest last year lol. I gained a bunch more weight in October/November. You may ask yourself how I lost all that weight? one word: R U N N I N G. And also I changed the way I eat completely but that's not for here LOL.
