PowerRun is atool to launch regedit.exe , Cmd.exe or any program and script files with the same privileges as the TrustedInstaller /SYSTEM it is a freeware , Sometimes a registry key can be locked or not editable, PowerRun a tool with this powerfull privilege most likely solve that.
