How’s everything going so far !? We’ve had an awesome opening, so let’s keep the ball rolling, shall we?
For those of you just now joining us, we released a little questionnaire for the characters to fill out yesterday, and we will be using those to plot around. But remember, while the statements made aren’t necessarily the truth, the DCPD will be using them to make decisions. Some characters may end up as suspects by this Sunday... Make sure your characters have gotten them done by Saturday, June 8th and tag it with #ruse:statement so we can look them over!
Also, just so people know, the DCPD blog functions as a sort of gossip blog. You can send in anonymous tips, accusing people or pointing out any ‘suspicious behaviour’ and Deputy Macalino may just respond. While these tips won’t affect the plot, they are a fun way to keep everyone updated on the individual going-ons of the rp without having to read through every individual thread.
Finally, a little nudge to the blogs/characters that have been sent in but have not had any activity: Our first activity check will be on Friday, June 7th, and you will have until Saturday, June 8th to post or message the main. Otherwise, your character will be up for grabs to get killed off for plot reasons. Because the statements are “in character posts”, they will also be counted as activity (hint hint).
