On their way to live a second life
so fun thinking of outfits for them
"she's got tons of love letters. all of them are addressed to aliases." 🤝 "a lot of positive sentiments from people that are not saved in your phone."
My reaction to how Russell talks to Liv:
the absolute aura of russel feeld… he’s genuinely good at being a handyman, he called an 18 year old good girl and reeled it back by telling her she’s going to bury them all, he wears thongs, his one friend made it out of their shitty town, he’s putting his nephew up for free, he makes ripping up mildew-y carpet look hot, his asshole boss is genuinely thankful that he’s around, he’s not blinking at whatever kind of accounting fraud is going on in front of him, every woman under the age of 90 at his workplace has a crush on him, his body aches all the time and he only realised after he became jennifer drips, he immediately points out the impracticality of latex catsuits….. i love him i fear
I know I've only known him for like, 4 hours, but I NEED him-
I haven't seen anyone mention something interesting about the NSBU characters.
Usha's granddaughter, Lisa, offered to help Usha move out, and in with her. Usha refused, and made it sound like that wasn't the first time it was offered.
Both Liv and Wendell have scholarships for colleges. Neither of them are leaving.
Dang could've had a connection, maybe a bunch, someway to get his music out there on more than his own power.
Paula, meanwhile, doesn't have an outward means or reason of leaving, but her ex-husband and her kids are both out on a trip.
Russel is in much the same boat as Paula, one of Russell's few actual friends is out traveling the world, while He's still in the same place he's always been.
So what I'm wondering is;
Why are Paula and Russel different, watching others leave, while the other four have/had chances of getting out of their town and refused?
I already love every single character of this season. Like all of them, the video store workers, their alter egos and the hybrids. They're all so so so fun to me and I genuinely cannot wait to see more of them
