I was watching the Russian movie ‘I am Dragon’ a few weeks ago and started this- finally finished it today. Great movie, I sat through the whole 3 hoursish of it (not great at sitting still lol) and I loooved the costume designs, especially the bride’s dress. Soooo pretty. I definitely didn’t do it justice, but like, Viktor in a Russian bride gown. Um, yes? Also, dragon Yuuri. The dragon island in this AU is actually a nice, big place where humans and dragons get along and Yuuri is part of a dragon family that runs an inn. They’re mostly human but sometimes turn into dragons lol And then Viktor, not wanting to get married, quietly sings the song right before his wedding, hoping to get stolen from a dragon instead of marry someone he doesn’t love. Yuuri’s the only one who hears because he... was visiting town for something? and noticed the beauty looking out at the night sky and when Yuuri hears viktor start singing dragon instincts are like woah there we gotta kidnap this boi and thus they both wake up on dragon island where Viktor decides he’ll live and of course they fall in love and have dragon babies (the nice human way lol) and everyone’s happyyyyy
