Can anyone who knows Russian tell me the difference between Теперь and Сейчас? They both seem to mean 'now' but I'd like to know if they're interchangeable?

i don’t suppose someone on this site knows Russian and can rhyme a small couplet in a pinch?
I had a small poem/chant that I liked and it rhymed (sort of). And then I realized it wasn’t in Russian and more importantly I could never get it to rhyme in Russian because I have no grasp for the vocabulary.
original poem
heal the skin
soothe the burn
from the earth so shall it return
I’d be super grateful to anyone who could spare a few rhyming Russian sentences
half vent post half help me improve post, anyone see problems with my grammar/vocab?
I have the most amazing boyfriend in the world and I keep feeling like he deserves better than me. he keeps telling me no, he wants to be there for me, he loves me, all that. so maybe he doesn't deserve better than me, just a better me? he deserves a better me. if I really care I'll try and be that.
I really, really need a soft-dom Yuuri to refer to a submissive Victor as “my silver” in Russian. It’s very important to me. Any input would be much appreciated!

Katia, Rina, I would use those
Thank you, but could you please provide an explanation for them? I was looking for something specific to the name of a man, but I’m curious for the reasoning, I’d like to learn as much as I can.
