Fresh Air

No worries, children were fine. Open air naps even during winter time was and still is a common practice in Russia. I was born in January, in Siberia. As soon as my mom was back home with me, my parents started practicing outdoor naps for me. I still love fresh air more than anything and keep windows open in my bedroom at night all year round. If air quality and noise pollution outside allow you to keep windows open, try it, and you'll notice how much your sleep quality improves!
