Given Cyrus' relationship with technology, probably. Though I do think he would consider AI girlfriend chatbots to be frivolous and a backwards attempt to "force the imperfections of the human spirit onto something as pure and logical as a machine", or something.

on one hand team galactic is all about automation and their express goal is to create a new universe where people become soulless drones that only exist to carry out their duty with no enjoyment or opinions to get in the way
on the other hand what we currently understand as generative ai is insanely wasteful (which goes against team galactic's search for renewable energy) and either used for shoddy attempts at automation that don't really work or for brainrot which are things that cyrus would be against
but also the potential for propagandaaaaaaaaaa especially since cyrus specifically wants people in team galactic that are brainrotted so that they don't question him or think too much about the long term
also there's the firefighter burning people's houses to prove he's needed type of angle
