Since Rution's appearance as Arc is based off of kid Yuma's imagination that probably means that his VA being the same as his dad is absolutely not a coincidence since it's quite probable he decided that is 'ultimate hero' would have the same voice as his dad
So for the past 14 episodes, since the day they first transformed, Rution spoke with the voice of the father Yuma lost and the man he failed to save, and there's nothing they can do to change that.
