Rutile and Padparadscha dating and Rutile's older brother Yellow is essentially their adopted child or something. Yellow can barely take care of himself, so Rutile, despite how much she hates it, and Padparadscha, not despite anything ever because he's a sweet summer child who cares for people around him.
Rutile and Padparadscha take turns trying to get Yellow to do the bare minimum everyday, and if he doesn't, intervention. Rutile bathes him, Padparadscha makes him eat dinner, or something. Yellow is too scarred, too traumatized that sometimes the smallest things trigger him. Enter Rutile and Padparadscha.

Rutile coming home from work, tired, expecting to sleep the next week away when a hand covers her mouth and she does sleep... only against her will, waking up in a dark basement but with all the necessities she could ask for. A mattress, slightly dirty but comfortable enough to sleep on, a filled food bowl, water bowl. She looks up to see her captor; Yellow.
Yellow is Rutile's ex and first time. When he finds out she gets together with Padparadscha, his jealousy bubbles up over the surface and he feels the need to steal her for his own.

Not even a day later and she's reduced to a pretty little arm candy doll. Rutile feels worthless, her once neat hair shabby and disheveled from the demeaning conditions of her cage back in the auction washed away with flowery shampoo and body wash. Rutile now looks prettier than she did, all dolled up and wearing a gown. Of course, they choose that moment to deflower her.
A week later and Rutile goes from being "doll" to "dog" and her spirit breaks down entirely.
"Lick my shoe. Clean every crevice, dog."
"Clean the toilet - with your tongue, pretty face."
And all this she replies with, obediently, a smile forced on her face -
