Been on hormone replacement for just over 600 days; I’ve taken a ‘no makeup selfie’ every one of those... Today I just messed around with my hair (I never put it up) but IDK, there was something about this photo that I kinda liked.

Today is the eighth anniversary of my gender reassignment surgery.
Every year I film a reflective video on what that means.
But with the state of trans existence in the UK and across the world, it's difficult to celebrate - things have changed so much since I had surgery.

Two years ago today I was on my way to Spire Methley Park hospital to have gender reassignment surgery. It was a day that changed my life monumentally, allowing me to stop dwelling on the past and actually look forward to my own future!
