Right now, I am fleshing out the details of what I would like to have in my commercial kitchen as far as appliances and design. Because of the clientele I am looking to service, I would like a majority of the space to be wheelchair accessible which means wider pathways and lowered tabletops. I am looking into interior design firms that develop kitchens for those who are wheelchair bound although I would like for my able customers to also be comfortable with the arrangement. Any recommendations on Richmond companies who are in this line of business? Or anyone that may have engineering insight on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
