I stopped watching RvB after season 15. It felt so different from the show I fell in love with and I really didn’t like the direction the season was going in. I want to try RvB Zero but I’ve also seen a lot of negativity surrounding it. Is it really as bad as people are saying?

Depends on what you like about the show. I would say for someone who stopped at s15, dont watch. Its a completely different show IMO. The only things that connect Zero to OG RvB are halo, action, wash, lina, and tucker. Other than that, the comedy, characters, tone, music, animation, etc are incredibly different. It’s not absolutely terrible - its what youd imagine from a starting cast: pacing issues, some VA stuff that’s off, a little trying a bit hard - but the issue is it doesnt feel like RvB at all.

Im a person that initially disliked s15 too, but after the Shisno Arc was completed, found myself liking it much better. Now Temple and the Grif and Simmons arc are some of my favorite scenes. S16 is still bad for me, but, to be VERY honest as a long time fan S17 felt the most RvB that RvB has been in a while. Even with the components of S16 (the gods and shit) it felt so much… snappier, dialogue driven, comedic, and heartfelt. Lot of good character moments - especially for donut - in there. Only issue is Simmons labyrinth.

That being said for you, Id say… hm. No. But maybe try episode 1, see if youre curious, then maybe try ep 2-3. If youre not into it by then I highly doubt you’ll make it to the end without being kind of disheartened. Especially by Tucker’s appearance.

York: Any scars?

yES,, I am clumsy and considerably unlucky in that area. I have lots of little ones, u know, cuts and scrapes on my knees and legs from being a kid, but the most prominent are the two scars on my left hand, one on the palm from a crystal bowl breaking as i was setting it down and the other on the first knuckle of my thumb, from when i was washing a cup and it shattered around my hand.(needless to say, i only use plastic dishware now hahaha) other than that, nothing serious! i’ve never broken a bone so I haven’t really got any big guys!

Delta: Do you weigh out the positives and negatives before making decisions?

I have major anxiety issues so unfortunately? yes. i’ll go back and forth about fifty damn times before i make a decision, pace around my room, make lists, weigh the options, try to find any way out of it if i can, and u know just. do my best?

or i’ll go complete opposite and say “fuck it” and charge head first into bad idea #851

Epsilon: Favourite memory?

MMm there’s so many good ones!! The first thing that always comes to mind is meeting Lene for the first time. Running out of the hotel waiting room as she climbed out of the cab and running into her arms and swinging her around and crying and laughing and that night we were so loud we wouldn’t stop cuddle-fighting and fell asleep all tangled together and I love my best friend so much c:

Florida/Flowers: Any allergies? 

I have minor allergies to dust mites and cockroaches, and am pretty strongly allergic to different grass/plant seeds (especially plantain weeds). Luckily I don’t get an anaphylactic response, just a really bad skin response (can look pretty bad and be painful but at least I can breathe ya know). 

If I take strong antihistamines every day and stick to a pretty strict skincare regime I’m usually all good, but I had to see a lot of doctors and specialists to get it all in check (thanks immune system).

Sarge:Are you a good leader?

My intermediate had this card system (teachers gave away blue cards for doing well and the more you collected the more benefits you got), and I don’t wanna brag but I got a blue card for leadership once so make of that what you will.

(Generally though I prefer to do stuff independently. In group situations I will lead if nobody else is stepping up to the plate, or if the leader is ya know, shite.)

Vic:How do you feel about talking on the phone?

 Mum, dad, siblings, or close friends=great time, bring it on, 100% approved. Anyone else=NO never do not pass go do not collect $200

Washington: Do you follow the rules?

More or less? I don’t go out of my way to break rules or even bend them unless I think they’re stupid/unfair or harmless to break. For example, I do my best to obey traffic laws…but when someone says I can only have one free cookie…I might sneak a second :P

Gamma: Do you lie a lot?

No, and if I am uncomfortable with telling someone the truth I just won’t answer. I suppose I do say a lot of ‘Yes, I am really enjoying myself.’ At certain functions.
