Yearning.

I used to be a person who thought he had it all. I had well-nigh to no wants, and I tried to cherish everything I could to the best of my abilities. Or at least I thought I did. It’s a strange feeling - to be unfulfilled, unsatisfied; to be always wanting something more out of everything. There’s something that might settle my qualms, but not having it just further adds to the desire.  [And knowing that I’ll probably never have it again is a thought unbearable.] I guess until something does fulfil me, I’ll be always yearning for something to take the place of the emptiness and sadness.
