Something to consider about Neo.

This is just something that came into my head but I think Neo could proably be more redeemable then Emerald. I could be wrong but Neo worked alongside Roman who was a career criminal and mobster type. That means Neo was likely kept on a short leash by Roman as killing any uninvolved civilian she felt like just to satisfy a bloodlust would make her a liability and bad for “business”  Which means most of her victims were proably other criminals some of whom may of deserved it anyways and she and Roman only took part in the attack on Beacon after presumably being forced into it by Cinder. As evident by Roman saying he’s only in it because of what he “can’t afford to lose” and Neo’s first target being Cinder. As opposed to Emerald who even if she may of felt remorse was always going to take part in the attack on Beacon, was an active and important part of it, Was working with Salem at the same time and Emerald has likely killed several people who weren’t just criminal’s or just as evil.

TL;DR both are bad but in my opinion Emerald is just slightly more so
