(This is coming from a person who hasn't read the book) But no way! It was so bad. It had a poor script, it was poorly edited. It was way too long. I really didn't like Mia. And the side characters (Mia's brother Teddy, Mia's parents and best freind) had more character development then she did. She spent most of the the time running round the hospital open mouthed. It was really not worth watching. I was so annoyed 'cause I wanted to see it and it sucked. But I guess it was okay for the fans of the book but for me i'd give it a 3/10.
