Svensprink, the artist whose song Megafon contains stolen samples from Block B’s Toy, is still selling the song on music platforms.
This is Block B’s Toy (link), and this is his song Megafon (link).
Svensprink was made aware of the plagiarism by May 9, 2017, when he deleted the song from his Youtube channel (see more here). However, he has apparently refused to stop selling the song, claiming he got scammed by his producer (source). That is irrelevant - a dispute with his producer does not excuse his continued sale of a song containing music that he now knows is stolen.
BBCs, please ask this guy to remove Megafon from music retail platforms like iTunes, Amazon, Google, etc.
