Hannah: 

Over the course of their friendship, Noah has liked Hannah’s blunt attitude and cutting sense of humour; particularly when they’re on shift together at Mars Bar. At the moment, though, he’s still processing her recent actions during her argument with Violet and trying to come to terms with it all; which has definitely put some distance in their friendship.

Jackson: 

Although Jackson is one of the more serious Delta Psi brothers and can sometimes come across as a little disapproving of some of Noah’s decisions, he likes the fact that Jackson is a dependable and trustworthy guy. He knows that Jackson will always show up when he needs him the most.

Ryan:

These two are definitely polar opposites and although that’s sometimes caused a little friction in their relationship, the two are on good terms at the moment. More than anything else, he likes Ryan’s innocence and kind heart.

Hannah - their relationship is a difficult one to explain, mainly because it sometimes feels like they’re actually on the verge of friendship until Hannah firmly makes it clear that’s not the case. It can definitely be a bit of a head fuck from time to time. Despite this, AJ does generally like her blunt attitude and dry sense of humour; and the fact that neither of them ever really feel the need to filter themselves around each other.

Jackson - sometimes Jackson can be a little overwhelming for AJ, purely because he’s so easy when it comes to giving compliments and discussing feelings; which has never come easily to her. That being said, she does actually like those qualities in Jackson, even if she doesn’t always know how to respond to them.

Ryan - despite the fact that the two women seem to be polar opposites at first glance, these two actually get along like a house on fire. AJ appreciates Ryan’s kindness and positive attitude; and the fact that the blonde was one of the first people that truly, genuinely welcomed her at MU.

Jackson: 

Lola likes the fact that the two of them have bonded over being two of the older students within their friend circle. Jackson is also mature and level-headed; and she appreciates his sage advice and the fact that he’s a steady and consistent presence in all of their lives.

Hannah: 

The two women aren’t exactly the best of friends, mainly because Hannah always keeps her boundaries firmly in place and prevents Lola from getting too close. Lola likes the occasional softer moments within their relationship; and the fact that she’s a dependable and respectful tenant.

Ryan:

These two have had a turbulent relationship over the years but right now, they’re actually getting along swimmingly. Lola likes the fact that the two women actually have a lot of things in common, which has bred a sense of compassion, empathy and understanding between them. She also likes Ryan’s creativity, passion and kindness.

Luke wasn’t exactly a guy who held back. When he saw someone he liked, he went up and told them. Although he had a feeling that with this girl he would need to be a little more, subtle. He had seen her in his Physics class and knew he wanted to talk to her. So right after class had ended, he made sure to be right behind her when she walked out. With his guitar strung over his shoulder, he caught up to her with a charming smile spread across his face. “Hey.. Names Luke.” He said pushing out his hand from his pocket to have her shake. “And I was wonderin’ what exactly a guy could do to get a girls help... With Physics of course.” A confident smile spread across his face, and his eyes landed on hers. Anyone with eyes would be smitten with this girl.

Ryan:

Lola and Ryan were firm friends when they first met, however their relationship became strained after Lola learned that Ryan had been lying to her for a long time. Whilst the two tried to have a conversation about it and see if their friendship could be repaired, it quickly turned into a heated screaming match; after which both women firmly stated that their relationship was over. In recent months, the two have finally talked through all of their differences and are slowly rebuilding a friendship; although it will likely never be as strong as it once was.

Hannah:

Most of the time, Lola doesn’t quite know what to make of Hannah. They’ll be getting along just fine and then seconds later, Hannah has found a reason to snap and bite Lola’s head off. It can be a tiring dynamic because Lola will start to think that they’ve moved past that tension, only for Hannah to find another reason to argue. Despite this, she recently offered Hannah the opportunity to move into her old apartment and she is now officially Hannah’s landlord, which seems to have stabilised their relationship -- at least for now. 

Jackson:

Lola has spent a lot of time around Jackson, predominantly because of the amount of time that she’s spent at the Delta Psi Beta house. Their friendship is more than just superficial acquaintances, though, with the two building a genuine friendship at track & field training and meets. He’s definitely one of her favourite DPB brothers.

Ryan and Noah were firm friends when they met; although their relationship certainly fell apart for a while. After an awkward, drunken kiss that was initiated by Noah, their dynamic became strained. That was largely because of the fact that Ryan was in a relationship at the time and her efforts to repair that romantic relationship came at the cost of her friendship with Noah. That was a long time ago, though, and the two have worked hard to rebuild their friendship. These days, they’re closer than ever; even when bickering about their latest poker competition.

Hannah would rather throw herself into oncoming traffic than admit the truth; which is that she and Noah Fynn are actually, genuinely friends. Their relationship was initially started out of necessity because they both worked in the same place but gradually developed from there. Their relationship has been strengthened by Noah’s persistence; his refusal to allow her abrasive attitude damage their dynamic; shared truths; and drunkenly sharing grilled cheese.

Jackson and Noah are brothers, first and foremost, having both pledged Delta Psi Beta. Noah quickly tried to shoot his shot with Jackson (can you blame him? Look at Jackson’s face and arms!) and after Jackson politely shut him down without becoming a homophobic asshole about it, the two became friends.

the two women truly connected on their spring break cruise trip and their relationship was certainly cemented by going through that traumatic incident together. Ryan is a calming, stabilising influence on Amber-Jade and whilst they are polar opposites in a lot of ways, their relationship is characterised by the fact that they never judge the other. Ryan is one of the few people that Amber-Jade has ever said I love you to. 

HANNAH:

her relationship with Hannah is an interesting one. there have been times where the two could barely stand to be in the same room as each other, which made their shifts together at Mars Bar particularly difficult. they’ve slowly started to build a begrudging level of respect for each other; and are starting to build a bond, which largely stems from the fact that the two women genuinely seem to understand each other. Amber-Jade is one of the few people that can actually dish it back to Hannah, which weirdly seems to have strengthened their dynamic. If you asked either of them about the other, though, they’d likely roll their eyes and make some bitchy comment about the other. 

JACKSON:

when they first met, Amber-Jade definitely tried to shoot her shot as she definitely found Jackson attractive. He never seemed to realise that, though, so their relationship remained purely platonic. Although Amber-Jade is generally quite a guarded person, she does trust that Jackson cares about her and has her back.
