Visited Rye House in the Union Square area some time ago with a few friends. It’s an old-timey American eatery with a homey feel with standard pub fare. My friends and I were in the mood for more small bites, so I got the fried mac & cheese, and the brownie cake with vanilla ice cream and a caramel drizzle for dessert. The latter was particularly scrumptious while my friends got an order of the fried pickles and the root beer float respectively. I definitely wanna come back and try the actual food here next time, but will say the small bites are just as delicious.
