Ryllae! Wife of Baeldywn, mother of Andraste, renowned healer and apothecary, daughter of house Valstina, and the character that is most similar to myself. She went through quite a lot changes when I was coming up for a backstory for Andraste. Originally I had planned for her to be a petty noble of some village, who was cold and aloof, but as the story grew, she ended up becoming a peasant woman struggling to overcome the prejudices and programmed repression of her childhood. She is wonderful.
