Though Ryoshu is not a lesbian—she does not care much for labels—I can confirm that, yes, she and Rodion make out sloppy style in Canto 9. It is in a scene where Horikawa proclaims that Ryoshu will never find happiness, to which she responds by macking on Rodion. It is quite the power move.
