She already knew she couldn’t do much in response to the chaos taking hold of the city as of late. Her power had severely lacked when it came to dealing with those much stronger than herself at the time. However, something changed and that change was drastic.
She knew Raava’s power was locked away within her somewhere. She knew it was there, she just couldn’t reach it. Until now. Korra had no idea what had made her try but when she threw a punch, a large gust of wind followed and took out a pair of citizens in one hit. To say she was shocked would be an understatement.
However it was what happened next which made her blood run cold.
The citizens had disappeared, replaced by a large cocoon as tall as a skyscraper, if not taller. She didn’t want to be near it; the dread she’d felt was unbearable. She couldn’t handle this alone, she needed allies. As stubborn as she was sometimes, she knew it was the truth.
She had observed the mass just like everyone else. “What are we going to do…?” She said quietly to the stranger beside her. The question hung between them, the Avatar was at a loss of what to do. She’d never faced anything like this before.
