Kimura Ryohei has a YouTube channel!!!! The channel name is 良平は酒飲みながらゲームしたい。which means “Ryouhei wants to play games while drinking.” So basically, it’s just Kimura talking while drink and playing games haha! It’s actually really fun, and it’s English subbed! I just enjoy listening to him read the characters’ lines in games lol! Listening to him never fails to put a smile on my face XD

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai - Seiyuu
The following video is not mine. I’m just sharing it. It’s kind of like a YouTube Excursion but for this one video.

I figured that I would share it in link form.
Beware: This anime is an ecchi harem anime, and thus, I did not watch it. I just saw it on my recommended and went, “Kana Hanazawa was in that, right? *click*”
The anime is quite... sexualized to say the least. And one of the characters even has a robot fetish. I still found this event fun to watch overall (besides some of the awkward parts) because the female seiyuu weren’t as forcefully cute. They were a little more free to speak their mind than I’ve seen in the past. As they said, “We can actually say things here that we can’t at other events.” I will put timestamps in case you want to watch any given segment. I didn’t like it though because I’m lazy.
I figured I’d just put some notes about some of the seiyuu involved.

Marina Inoue’s Comment: [14:10]
Marina Inoue is a realist. She said in front of the crowd, “You know, in anime, how come girls wear the wrong size of clothing? If you saw people like that in real life, what would you think?
To which Ryouhei said, “THAT’D BE REALLY NICE.”
Marina turned it around asking, “But wouldn’t it be unpleasant? What if the girl you were with was wearing something revealing? [I assume she means date-wise] Everyone would look!”
Ryouhei then said, “Yeah...”

Kana Hanazawa has a little brother who occasionally runs errands for her
Kanae Itou and Marina Inoue have older brothers who don’t pay much attention and don’t talk to them much. Kanae even said he “does nothing but sleep” (if that isn’t me though)
Ryouhei Kimura is a lonely only child but now admits that he wants a little sister “[Working on this series] makes me dream of having my own little sister.”
Nozomi Yamazaki is the oldest of five children

Misato and Ryouhei both admit that they have never watched Gundam before (Ryouhei kind of said it quietly), yet they both eventually became attached to their given series.
- They commented that if Ryouhei had watched Gundam growing up, it probably would’ve been Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. [Apr 1995 - Mar 1996]
- Ryouhei was in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt which aired Dec 2015 to April 2016 (the anime this event was for aired Oct to Dec 2011)
- Ryouhei’s friends Kouki Uchiyama and Yoshimasa Hosoya both starred in their own Gundam series. ~ Kouki was in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and won awards for his portrayal (Best Rookie Seiyuu at the 5th Seiyuu Awards). [Aired Mar 2010 to Jun 2014] ~ Hosoya was in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans which landed him a main character role. [Aired Oct 2015 to Mar 2016]
- Misato was later attached to Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin as the background character “Fraw Bow” which aired Apr 2015, to May 2018 (the anime this event was for aired Oct to Dec 2011)
Kana’s Chuunibyou: [21:16]
Kana said that we all have some sort of Chuunibyou in our beings. (I relate)
She has admitted that when voicing cool characters, she gazes downward since she’s not talkative at recordings. She opens her eyes and says, “I can do this!” to the cast’s surprise. Kana thought that her aura was being noticed by others, but it really wasn’t.
I think a lot of us do that. I know I have.
Ryouhei Sounds Mean: [23:21]
Nozomi Yamazaki says that Ryouhei is a very cold person and always brushes her off with a: “hai hai” when having a conversation. Other cast members noticed this too. They were eventually told (on-stage) have a conversation for a minute! To which she asked Ryouhei a bunch of very uncomfortable topics. He asked, “Can you please stop asking such stupid things?”
Kana thought it sounded like a real-life otome game.
Yuka Iguchi said, “I want Ryouhei to call me something else besides plain Iguchi (no honorific) or poop (”unko”) [her character says “poop” a lot].”
First, Ryouhei, that’s just rude. Second, the other female cast members tried to argue that it was a sign of friendly intimacy. Ryouhei nodded along. “Be proud you are the one and only ‘Poop-san’!”

6th Seiyuu Awards (2012) - Thoughts

Lead Actor: I’ll just say it outright. I’ve never heard of Hirosaki Hirata. I haven’t watched Tiger and Bunny, One Piece, or Air Gear.
Lead Actress: Aoi Yuuki is a legendary voice actress, and I can’t ever seem to recognize her voice. She can play a crazy criminal loli to a frog girl. I haven’t watched Madoka Magica, Gosick, or A-Channel, but I know she’s really talented.
Supporting Actor: Both Ryouhei Kimura and Mamoru Miyano are part of Himawari Theater group, and I approve of both of them.
Supporting Actress: Emiri Katou is a name I’ve heard, but I never really watched a lot of her stuff.
Rookies: Ai Kayano? Takuya Eguchi? Yoshitsugu Matsuoka? Shiori Mikami? They’ve grown so much since then!
