*members. I have no idea what this is about, but I completely agree with the public shaming being unnecessary (if they’re inactive on tumblr, what’s the likelihood they will even see it) and also I’m still waiting for four replies from group members.
I apologize if this seems like it's 'public shaming' but really it isn't meant that way. This isn't something that just our group does after all. All groups that I have seen they have posted it publicly like this. The point is supposed to be along the lines of the fact that it is a Tumblr group, not a skype group. If they're not going to be on Tumblr enough to actually see this to post at least once a week why then are they wishing to join a group like this at all? That is all I'm going to say on the matter. It will be posted publicly, otherwise it looks like we as Admins aren't doing anything about our members being inactive. However what we could attempt to do is as well as our public warning send the member on Skype a message saying that they have gotten the warning as well. I do stand firm on what I said though. This is a Tumblr group, not a group on Tumblr that does it's announcements or meetings on Skype. If a member doesn't like it I hate to say this but perhaps this family of ours isn't right for that member.
