Hey I know my input doesn't really matter but I wanted to tell you that I have been following you for a really long time. I won't lie and say I followed waiting on you to come back one day because I kind of forgot since I follow a lot of people but when you did come back it was a really pleasant surprise and I've enjoyed seeing your new take on the character, he is very in character and you put a lot of thought into him and it would be a shame to see this blog go, but it is your choice! <3

tbh most of my followers have been here a while since, when I took the hiatus for three years, I came back to the majority still there lol but its nice that people chose not to unfollow just incase I came back (I’ve a friend who is similar to that, I’ve had to force her to unfollow inactive blogs lmao I’m the complete opposite)
I’ve now had 4 people come forward to me telling me they used to read my rps religiously, which was cool since I knew of a few people that did back in the day and are now gone, but finding out others that are still around did was like p awesome
BUT ANYWAY, yeah I just... this isn’t me? me and this community are... different people. even in the very beginning, I started off blending in until I got used to my surroundings and didn’t like it, and that hasn’t changed
even now on my dash I’m just like “eh... ok...” (I wont go more into that)
I rped back in the day bc it became an addictive hobby when I was living in a really isolated area away from all of my friends, and met someone on here who I had a really good relationship with. in 2014 I was back with my friends and had the time of my life lol and that’s when I got bored of being on here but I always thought I’d get back to it
and I did!
but I still feel the same. I tried. but real life calls, real life friends, real life activities, real life issues. I was forcing myself to be on here, and truth be told, its not too bad to come onto at night when I’m settled in (which was pm everytime I was online), but mixed in with that tiredness I really just didn’t wanna do anything
so yeah
I won’t delete, as an ‘incase’ again. I may come back in another 3 years lmao who knows

I could go on for daaaaaaaaaaaaaaays and I’ve always wanted to make an analysis about him but never had the time cause I put 100% into everything I do packed with research and evidence. I could never just ‘say’ something out right and not show it either, despite the fact that, everything I do have to say about Joey CAN be backed up by evidence, I just don’t always have it on the spot.
But there’s no character I’ve thought about more out of all my faves, which is probably why he’s the only character I can actually play lmao BECAUSE I delve deep, I don’t pull anything outta my ass, I analyse the fuck outta him, etc
I’ve never given up on wanting to make that post to hopefully... do something to help boost his... I don’t wanna say popularity a bit more but to at least make people appreciate him
I had a friend before who loved Joey but didn’t know most things about him. Only this and that. And then I’d show her screencaps or dialogue from the manga (to show I wasn’t making things up with how I wrote him, it was legit canon material) and it made her fall in love with him even more. And it kept happening! I had so much to show to the point where she just said “my god... he’s perfect”. She didn’t know he had that much to him (having not seen most of the anime/read the manga, only snippets here and there).
There’s a lot of times where you can change a fandom opinion that has been circulating for too long and has always been wrong, if you just... show the evidence.
I could go to any Joey RP blog who portrays him as a tough, masculine, streetboy with only an interest in girls and has the nerve to criticise any Joey that gets embarrassed or insecure or shy or blushy or anything like that and say, “Sorry but... this is all canon. You can TOTALLY have your interpretation, 100%, just dont harp down someone else’s throat who wants to take on the side to Joey that you refuse to believe exists.”
And vice versa. I honestly cannot stand that overly cutesy baby Joey that thinks Kaiba calling him a mutt is blush worthy or automatically be the submissive one cause he’s the smaller of the two and a kawaii puppy.

Well, the Pharaoh is obviously not in his right state of mind, so he’s completely in the wrong here.
I’d try my best to diffuse the situation and tell him he’s wrong, cause... No matter what harm their parent has caused, the kids got nothin’ to do with it. They’re innocent. I’ll do nothin’ but tell him the truth when tryna convince him. Tell him that this makes him the bad guy, and he’s not the hero we’ve known him as all along. That this ain’t who he is.
If he doesn’t listen and it looks like he’s gonna snap, I’ll try my best to get the baby outta his arms and knock him out.
