And yes, true to the times, it was common to list various points of interest about yourself. Most all of these are still true! (Glomp attacks are now preceded with a confirmation of consent! <3 )

Hey guyyyyys~...!

I’m really sorry for just - VANISHING without explanation. I’ve received some concerned messages, and given the very unreal era of WTF we’re going through, it’s no wonder! I can’t apologize enough for worrying you, and I’l make an effort to not do that again!

I’ll share some updates later, but long story short - NeoMikey and I are safe and healthy, a LOT of IRL stuff has gone down, and I basically went offline/idle on almost every social media site and chat client I use, so you guys haven’t missed anything!

I did leave a LOT of requests unfinished from April of this year, and as of right now, I can’t promise any turnaround time for artwork. I sincerely apologize to everyone left hanging! I’ll open up my inbox to requests again in the future, so keep an eye out! When I announce the requests, remind me of any of yours I left unanswered and I’ll get them done!

And yes, even after all this time, I still intend to continue/reboot/finish the FNAF story. Been planning and plotting that one for too long to just give up now!

For now, I’ll restart the queue and leave this pinned on my blog! ... once I figure out how to. This is not the same Tumblr I remember O_o;

Let me know how you guys are doing! It has been a WILD RIDE of a year, so if you’ve gone quiet too, that’s understandable. I hope you’re all safe and healthy! Looking forward to catching up again soon!!

I'm curious--where did you get your url from? Like, I've heard of the Dragon Half manga, but what about the 'Ryuko' part? That from another anime?

It’s funny you mention Dragon Half - I actually didn’t know ANYTHING about that series when I came up with this name! XD

Back in the day (1999-ish?), my avatar was my fake Pokemon design, Dragonel. Eventually I wanted to be something a bit more human, but still celebrating my love of dragons! So, like any well mannered anime fan of late 90s internet, I looked up the Japanese word for “dragon”, which is “ryu”.

Okay, cool, but I didn’t want to be mistaken for a Street Fighter or Breath of Fire hero. At the time, I was trying to learn Japanese, and I remembered hearing that many feminine Japanese names ended with “ko”. So, “Ryuko” was born!

... aaaaand eventually became the name of the protagonist in Kill La Kill, which suits her, I think X3
