I just wondered, if you didn't already thought of it, what do you think of a crossover meeting AU of Iwadai and Soumako? One where would become all pals ofc. What do you think?

um i think Y E S !!!!!!! how could i not love two of my otps meeting and becoming friends?? (*๓´╰╯`๓)

i haven’t really given it much thought tho until now but i’d love for them to meet at uni!! like at the uni’s dining commons. they first meet when iwa and sousuke grab for the last choco dessert at the same time and stare at each other, both having no intent to let go because the dessert wasn’t for either of them but rather their respective friend/love interest (daichi and makoto). sousuke has one scary glare and is 3 inches taller than iwa, but iwa is not intimidated. if anything it gives him more reason to glare harder at sousuke. daichi and makoto arrive to see what had taken them so long and as soon as they did both iwa and sousuke complained that “this dude won’t let go of your cake!” daichi tells iwa its fine and to let soumako have it. but iwa doesnt want to budge because in a way it’d be like he lost (and he hates losing) but more importantly daichi had been craving choco since last night and had been looking forward to eating some esp after having to take a tough exam earlier that morning.

makoto sees how iwa looks at daichi and how daichi softly and lovingly smiles as he tells iwa to let go. makoto puts a hand on sousuke’s bicep and tells him that he should give iwadai the choco dessert. sousuke is like no way you’ve been looking forward to eating this too. makoto persuades him, revealing to sousuke that he actually had a choco bar in his backpack just in case. sousuke is in disbelief (he shouldn’t be surprised when he’s seen the box of choco bars sitting on top of makoto’s desk in their shared dorm room).

just as iwa is about to give into daichi’s gentle persuasion, sousuke lets go of the plate of dessert. daichi asks if its really ok. sousuke looks away but makoto nods with a smile.

and then after this whole fiasco they find out that they shared some courses with each other. daichi and makoto quickly becoming friends. its a little awkward between iwa and ssk for a bit but eventually they get along as they compete together with weight lifting and share tips and exercising regimens.

makoto and sousuke def get together first and it takes iwadai about a month to realize the two were officially dating. makoto senses the mutual pining between iwadai so secretly always tries to push them together. ssk had no clue about iwadai having feelings for each other (obv too focused on makoto) until makoto told him.

hdsfkafjd gosh i rambled for too long before even getting to explain how i think their friendship would be like orz but i think you get the gist? daichi and makoto bond mostly over food and their tough courses. iwa and sousuke bond with exercising and competition. daichi and sousuke have no problem competing with each other either. and iwa and makoto bond over movies. they probab have a 2v2 game night every month or after exam weeks
