Alright, the surprise was/is a Richard Appreciation Website, hosted on Neocities! :)
I got the idea from an account named "sadgrl.online". (I was making a personal page beforehand, and I noticed they had a section names "Shrines". Essentially just fan-pages raving about their favorite things.)
I decided I wanted to make one, and I have been working diligently on the Gallery portion for about a week and a half now. (Still very much a WIP)
Here's where the need for help comes in. There are certain categories of photos where I am lacking. I don't have many Richard Wet PHOTOS. (Not GIFs, please. I'm stockpiled on those.) I also don't have many photos of his dumb dad outfit we love.
I decided that, if anyone would be willing, the best way to accumulate more photos would be a small Discord server where people can send in photos in the respective categories, and I can add them as they come in. (I own about 3 servers, this will be well monitored.)
Any help is appreciated and I have an FAQ in the server as well as info about the site itself, if you'd like to know more. My contact info is also on the website.

The little richard surprise thing is about an eighth of the way done so I'm considering unveiling it a little early and letting the tumblr Rammstein community help me out
