Hay Loft ♥ @ Barrett
Aria had noticed that her fellow Alvarna citizen (and cucumberous assailant) had been quite absent from the usual House ruckus recently. Apparently, he had been sent to sleep in the barn attic by someone as one of the dares. Barrett wasn't very friendly to the others, so it didn't surprise her very much, but sleeping in the stinky barn is crummy for anyone. And the rain sure wouldn't help the stench. She shivers at the thought of wet-wool and damp hay. Maybe she should do something to cheer him up. Or throw a cucumber at him.
Aria knew he liked fish, so she prepared a quick sashimi dish and threw it in a covered basket. She pulled out a parasol from the closet and dashed across the soggy field to the barn, hoping that he would get some enjoyment out of the small picnic.
Shaking the water off the pink umbrella, she called into the musty barn for him. "Barrett?"
She was met only by the eyes of 12 large cows.
Extracurricular ♥ Aria & Barrett
Aria had finally retrieved the last piece of the relic hidden among Trieste Forest late last night, and she shambled home this morning too tired to feed her animals. She even missed her first period classes, and now she was rushing to school hoping to catch Barrett in a good mood. With the fragments safely wrapped in her school bag, she mounted the stairs of the school built by her father.
The courtyard had been empty, which meant class had already begun. Aria held the doorknob carefully, and supported the door herself as to not have the hinges squeak. She crept into the front hall and quietly as she could, she clicked the heavy door closed. She could hear attendance being called, so she wasn't that late, but then she heard her name called. "Here!" She responded from the hallway, wandering into the class as everyone turned to look at her. Her embarrassment was obvious in the form of her goofy nervous grin and red ears. "Sorry I'm late. I um, I was having... girl problems?"
Her ears deepened to a beet red.
