i imagine that even after giving in to kate, and going full on Stockholm syndrome, the reader would still have off days. days where she doesn’t want love and affection from kate, but space.

kate being kate gets pissed and basically gaslights the reader into spending time with her and manhandles her when she tries to slip away. she probably coerces reader to have sex as well that goes from soft to rough because once kate has reader under her she just can’t help but fuck reader back into that compliant mindset

You've just been playing your games all day, sitting further away from her and generally just more quiet. Kate notices very quickly and starts asking for your help with mundane things, but you just brush her off. Of course, this gets under Kate's skin very quickly.
