According to S2scans forum, they received a DMCA notice and had to remove Ao no Exorcist from their reader and will be offering the two most recent chapters for download only. However I don't know why they are running behind but it could be related to the work they are doing to remove items related to that notice.

ohhh….I had no clue, thanks so much for informing me, I appreciate that a lot.it’s a real shame that happened :/ and I feel bad they have to do that ;^; and it really sucks that they got a DMCA notice, but I’d hate for them to get into trouble.

hmmm, okay I figure they must be pretty busy, and it makes sense them having probably a lot of work to do after this whole ordeal. I hope they are doing okay.

This chapter Meiko finds herself involved in a school play for the Christmas Festival. A little late for the actual holiday, but there's nothing wrong with a bit of Christmas in July.
