Edited EA Boots + Riding Pants: Outerwear Enabled + BG Compatible

There are a lot of EA items that have potential but they weren’t categorized properly or were hidden in CAS. I’ve been wanting to fix the riding pants so that they’d show up as outerwear and I figured that I should do some of the boots while I was at it.

There are default and non-default (base game) versions available. After the name, I’ve included the expansion, ages/genders, and categories available. For the suede boots from generations, I’ve included a female (CF) default as well as the CU option the game currently offers.
