Industrial Terrace [1 Set of CC+NO SP/Store Items]

Hi everyone, I’m back again with another amateur build lmao. Can’t believe I didn’t posted anything on February. Sorry bout’ that, I had to study a lot just to make sure I can catch up with my upcoming exams in 2 months huhu. Anyway-- this build is not really special (like all my other builds lol) but I think I managed to improve my interior skills.... a lil’ bit. I still have a long way to go though, but the floor at the kitchen is my fave, I can’t believe I managed to do that. 

And yeah, as you can see it isn’t really 100% industrial look since I think it would look quite boring so I had to spice it up a little. Hope you like it. Built this house on Twinbrook. Recommended for parents with kids-teenagers.

Here are three houses for The Sims 3 that are inspired by houses in Tuscany. 

They are all 20x15 and are made with EA items and patterns only. I have not used any Supernatural, University or Into The Future but I have used stuff from most other expansions (Late Night, Generations, Pets, World Adventures, Island Paradise). In terms of store bought stuff you will need the wisteria from Dragon Valley and also Monte Vista for doors, windows, plant pots and window boxes. Otherwise there are no other store items.

House #1 is furnished but the other two are unfurnished- change and decorate however you wish.

All three lots are zipped together with images so you can see which one you are downloading. Package format so just put them into your Library file.

Modern Townhouse [NO CC/Store Items]

For an amateur like me, this was a tough build. Especially the interior part cause I tried decorating it with ‘retro’ vibes 😅 This build is inspired by a webtoon I just read, sadly, I forgot which episode did I read lmao. If some of you are curious, I’ll search it for you guys. Oh yeah, I didn’t put any hamper because I’m using Nona Super Hamper which automatically collects laundry. So yeah, feel free to place your hampers anywhere lol. Two other buildings are NPC ‘shell’. Feel free to do whatever you want with that.

Built this house on Roaring Heights. Recommended for parents with kids & toddler.
