Hi everyone!

As i mentioned earlier, work on my Eastern European-inspired town is now complete, and it’s ready for download and for play.

A few important notes:

To install the town, you’ll need all The Sims 3 expansion and stuff packs.

No Store content is required.

All necessary custom content (CC) is included in the archive.

Total lots: 78 Residential lots: 36

I’d love to hear your feedback (including constructive criticism) — as it will help me create even better towns in the future!

Feel free to share your in-game screenshots, impressions, or any issues you encounter. If you spot bugs or problems affecting gameplay, let me know, and I’ll do my best to fix them.

Isla Paradiso's The Spanish Queen house renovation

As the title says, this is a renovated variant of Isla Paradiso's The Spanish Queen house, located at 7 Sea Spray Lane, occupied by the Hamada family.

Most of the houses in Isla Paradiso are quite empty and tight for the lot sizes they were built on. Also they have a lot of places where Sims can get stuck, which leads to frequent freezes and lags in the world of Isla Paradiso due to a bad routing scheme inside them.

I decided to make a little makeover of this house, while keeping it in the original form as much as possible, to make it more exciting and spacious. Another reason to make a renovation is to reduce the places where the occupants can get stuck.

I also enhanced the Spanish colonial charm that this house carries - new roof, new staircase to the second floor, more windows and Spanish style arches, which makes the house stand out.

This is consigment and elixir store for Petite Alsace collab. Second floor is kinda emptyish. The name came from ground floor plan, where square is divided on two triangles, with exterior passage dividing both parts. In one part there's elixir store and in the other one is consigment store. I wish I could make something more special, but when I get rid of most store stuff, I had to play with form of building rather than objects.

The garden isn't special by any mean, but I added fairy castle, a few herbs and harvestables and few park benches.

On the second floor there are a few skill building objects and bathroom.

I was wondering between nectar station and sculpture station, but choosed sculpture one. I was thinking about adding nectary in basement, but if second floor was sparely furnished, it would make no sense to create another space.

The evil twin of this building is called "The Wheel of Nature". It'll be in another post. It's the one bastard which weighted above 40 MB.

🍁The Sims 3: Sugar Maple Coast Recreation Project 🍁

Hello, Simblr community! I am pleased to announce a fanmade project for The Sims 3 that has been in the works for some time.

As you may or may not know, there was a console version of The Sims 3: Pets, released in 2011 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. This version shipped with an all-new world, Sugar Maple Coast.

This project mainly focuses on recreating Sugar Maple Coast from scratch for the PC version, including:

Lots (Residential / Community)

Households and Sims

The world geometry itself!

In fact, most households and houses have been completed already, though we still have some progress ahead of us.

In addition, this project will also recreate various beta aspects of Sugar Maple Coast, including removed Sims. We are also looking at another version of the world that will allow for expanded lots and support for features from the PC expansion packs.

We also have a dedicated corner for Moonlight Bay content!

It is the world from the console version of The Sims 3, which was a separate game from The Sims 3: Pets Console.
