I really have very little sympathy for Walt because ultimately he ruins the lives of those around him whilst taking basically no responsibility. He loves to play the victim but when it comes down to it nearly every single problem he faces could have been solved quite easily if he’d just accept help and quit with the macho masculine facade. In season 4, he literally tells Hank that Heisenberg might still be out there when everyone else was pretty happy to close the case, JUST BECAUSE he was feeling a bit emasculated and looked over.
