A Micro House - 20x15 - Willow Creek/Foundry Cove - Residential - No CC

Hello everyone,

I made this house because I watched some micro house builds in youtube by the game changers and I thought their designs was just a box so I wanted to challenge myself doing the tier one (32 tiles) micro house.

Like I said, it is tier one just 32 tiles. No CC and No Expansions are needed. I tried to make it a starter house too but the decorations costed a little much. :(

It has one bedroom and one showe and a public bathroom on the lot. It only uses base game objects. So no DLCs needed. I built this before Tiny Living was released so you need to change the lot type if you want the benefits.

TS4: Ombra - residential by Tilly Tiger

Ombra is a minimalist home constructed of a combination of concrete and dark brick, and is a spacious and luxurious design. The living room, snug, dining room and kitchen are a large open plan area and coherently merge into one another.  This lower level is mainly open areas with interwoven waterways, water features, Koi ponds and swimming pools. The upper floor features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites, dressing room and a family bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a large terrace. This lot is set in lush, landscaped gardens with panoramic views of the natural landscape surrounding the site.

TS4: Shoreham Wharf

2 bed house set right on the waters edge in Brindleton Bay. This spacious 3 storey home has a basement with kitchen, dining room and study. The first floor has a large open plan living area and a TV room, which opens onto a patio area. There are two bedrooms, one with a terrace to enjoy the harbour views. House is fully decorated and the garden landscaped. Partially furnished. Thank you to all the amazing creators who inspire me to build!

Sapphire Shores - 50x50 - Sulani/Lani St. Taz - Residential - No CC

Hello everyone,

I built this lot around a year ago and only now came around to sharing it. This is the current residence of my sim and it’s a very nice lot, has an amazing view. I have one bedroom and one bathroom 2 decks in which you can jump into the sea. One from her bedroom, which she uses when she wakes up in the morning and the other one from the main house. There is a DJ booth on the bigger deck for the parties as she likes dancing a lot. 

It’s marked as it has cc but it does not have any cc because I saved it with mods disabled.

With this build I am probably done with Sims 4 for a while. I had to remove it from my computer because I needed the space. I’ll probably be sharing a lot more sims 2 and maybe even sims 3 builds from now on.
