This is the first lot of the Haven area of my ‘hood. This is a beach lot for your sims to visit and play around. Has a bar and grill as well as a wedding mat over the sand overlooking the ocean.

This is the latest residential for my ‘hood at the moment. I’m planning on releasing a map once I got the names of the areas and streets figured out. This one has 3 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms as well as a double living room! I also made this for a crowded family and it has plenty of room to go around. It costs around 35k§ unfurnished and 77k§ furnished.

I have more lots on the way from this hood’s style and I’m also working on a project to build an architecturally appropriate Veronaville Downtown. I will share the individual lots from there one by one and maybe when it is finished I’ll learn how to share neighbourhoods and share it as a whole.
Here is my first build for my Veronaville Downtown (Verona City) project. TS4′s The Narwhal Arms nightclub, the one partyhaus members hangs out in, is my favourite nightclub layout and I reimagined it in Sims 2. I think it’s style blends well with Veronaville’s architecture.
