WELL, evolution verse, tracy had developed her ability fully by like, her mid twenties. but she’d mainly kept it under control? so the reporter thing still happened, except it wasn’t a shock that she HAD abilities so much as anxiety / panic disorder coming into play more as she got older (as it will) and her losing control - so it doesn’t change anything, but no yeah she did have her full abilities earlier? not so much turning into water, but her change in metabolism and inability to get drunk, as well as her cryokinetic abilities.
