KUKA SAATANA MAKSALAATIKKOON LAITTANUNNA NE VITUN RUSINAT ON!?!!?!?!!?!??!?!
Has everyone seen the Saarioisten Balanssi ad? Yeah it’s in finnish but the ad is really offensive towards vegan lifestyle. The pregnant woman asks this man or whatever that if he’s making his vegetarian shit again. She demands for better food, for her and her baby. Like, that’s not ok. I hate how the social media creates a negative picture of veganism and the people who choose to live that way. They create an attitude without even doing a research of why people do it. Some do it for moral issues but some want to make a difference in the world.
I’m not 100% against meat eating, but I do wish we could consume less meat. The developed countries use ridiculous amount of livestock every year just because we can. Thousands of acres of fertile land ( not to mention rain forests, which are the most biodiverse areas in the world ) are used to grow crops for the livestock, they could simply be used to grow food for developing countries. Meat is still playing an important role in different cultures and I understand how it’s considered as a luxury. But oh my god we’re educated people, why are we doing this to ourselves
This is a horrible rant… But the point is to think twice where you put your money if you have the power to choose. The consumers have so much power in their hands, we could make a huge difference…
I'M SO MAD
A finnish food company Saarioinen has changed their commercial which featured a young boy talking to his father, where the father asks the boy about his girlfriend, then adds "or if it even is a GIRLfriend" implying that he'd also be fine if it were a boyfriend. And now they have cut that part off of the commercials.
These kinds of representations of parents being acceptive are exactly what we need in commercials and marketing.
Never buying their food again unless they bring back the original commercial with apologies!
