Light on her feet, and quick in her movements. She was fierce as a lioness on the prowl, all the while still keeping that gentle appearance about her. Every movement displayed confidence-- they were fluid, almost like watching art in motion. When the tip of the sword collided with midpoint of the training dummy, the doll was sent flying a short distance before hitting the ground cleanly. Nel held her position before letting her arms fall to her sides. Sweat beaded as she took a moment's rest. A deep inhale-- maybe some water would be useful.
While the former tres didn't quite condone needless violence, it was still necessary to brush up on the basics. After all, it was more than possible that she had gotten rusty during her time in the city. In a circumstance where force was the only option, uncertainty on her behalf would lead to casualties. Ergo, she ended up at the nearest training grounds for the past hour. Enjoying what she thought to be solitude, indulged in the confines of her thoughts until she was satisfied with her work.
A break from such vigorous activity was now in order, and her desire for refreshment would carry her over to a small table, where a few ice cold bottles of water were neatly assorted. Grabbing one, and twisting the cap off with ease, she took a long, well-earned drink before even noticing that someone else was here. It was odd that Nel had let her guard down enough to miss something so obvious, and that weighed on her as she set the water bottle down; face going hot, searching for words. "Sorry-- did my training become a hassle to you somehow?"
